Luckily Keap has a solution for that as well!

Are you looking for a way to start your first email campaign? If so, this blog is perfect! You'll learn about every step needed in order and get an idea on what it takes.

There are several options to choose from which campaign you are going to start with. For example, you can start with a welcome series of emails or a ‘get to know you’ campaign.
It is essential for your customers to feel like they know, trust and like the brand.
In these series of emails it’s important to basically introduce yourself and your business and what they can expect from you.

After choosing the trigger, you have to select an action which is going to be send an email.
You get a couple of suggestions that Keap has already made but you can also choose to start with a blank email.

Start with the first email

To make it easy, you can start with a blank email. In this email you can thank the customer for anything, buying a product or just for opting in.

Always write a title and a subject because when you come back later, you know exactly what the email is about.

Let’s start the email with Hi Contactperson. You can easily merge the contact data into the email using a merge field.

If you have finished with that, start the email with a exciting message. Introduce yourself and let them know you are happy they are there. Let the customer know what to expect from you.

You can finish the email with a small notification what they can expect for the next video and end with your personalized signature.

Delay the sending of the email

After clicking next, you get the notification for sending your email immediately or delayed. In this case, we choose delayed. That means that after they opt-in, the email is going to be send after 1 day. You can choose a specific time, here we are choosing 8:00 AM.

The next thing to do is, to start another email.
