Frequently Asked Questions about the Weekly Q&A Membership
It is a group call specifically designed to answer any questions you have. No topic is off limits regarding Keap or tech support questions.
Usually the calls are 1 hour long, but it really depends on the amount of questions there are.
It is a round-robin group call. Whoever asks a question first, Krista will answer that person first. She will continue answering as many questions as she can in that hour.
We meet every Tuesday on Zoom where Krista answers any questions you have regarding Keap or any technical questions you may have.
We meet every Tuesday at 2 pm EST, 7 pm GMT, 11 am PST, 6 am AEDT (Wednesday).
We meet virtually via Zoom on a video call once per week. It's a reliable platform. You will receive the Zoom link via email when you join.
To be on the calls, or basically, to be able to build an online business, you need to be able to turn on your computer, have basic skills like copy & paste text, and click on buttons with your mouse.
If you need to know how to implement something, you will share your screen and Krista will show you which steps to take and what you need to do.
There are no stupid questions; the only stupid questions are the ones that aren't asked.
You can easily switch between subscriptions, just let me know on the Q&A, or reply to one of the reminder emails, how you want to switch, and I'll make that happen.
It varies with each call. Sometimes we have a few people or 10 people. It really just depends on the day and what people have going on.
Yes, absolutely! Keap and marketing automation can be tricky and that's where we come in. We take you by the hand with patience, guiding and assisting you with questions you have as you begin your marketing journey.
Yes, absolutely! We will be helping you improve your tactics and strategies with optimizing your funnels, processes, tracking, deliverability, and much more.
Most definitely. Sometimes people will show up on the call with zero questions and then someone will ask a question that you didn't think of that ends up benefitting you.
No, during the Q&A I will show you, while you share your screen how you can do it. And I will give you tips and tricks and ideas where and how to start.
If you want me to build it for you, you can book a separate call with me where we can discuss the work that needs to be done and the cost of it.
When you are on a subscription, or the fly on the wall, and when you have purchased just one call, we do want you to reserve a spot, so we know in advance how many people there will be that day.
You will get an email with a link to reserve your spot for that week.
Yes, when you are on an active subscription, you can book as many calls in advance as long as your subscription is active.
When you want to stop your subscription, simply reply to one of the reminder emails that you want to cancel and I will cancel the subscription.
You can only get a refund when you have purchased one call, but are not able to attend the call AND not able to reschedule the call.
You cannot get a refund on subscriptions.
When you have a question that is not on this FAQ, you can send a message in the box below.
When you have purchased the subscription, you will also get a login for the membership, the recordings of the calls will be posted there.
When you have purchased just one call, you do not have access to the recordings.
Sure, there is always a possibility to reschedule up to 30 minutes before the call.
Next to Keap, you can also ask your questions on Wordpress, plugins, themes, like Thrive themes, Optimizepress, other funnel software like Clickfunnels, Groovefunnels, Leadpages. Also about webinar programs like Webinarjam, Everwebinar and others. Basically, you can ask about anything technical, and when I don't know the question, we'll either dive into it on the Q&A, or I will get back at you with answer later. It can also be that the answer is to schedule a separate (paid) call, where we will figure it out together.
